"Puanani", havaijilainen kauniista kukasta, on havaijilaistyylinen perheen koti, joka sijaitsee hiljaisen umpikujan päässä, helpon kävelymatkan päässä Hanalei Baystä ja kaupungista. Suuri piha, jossa on plumeriaa, hibiscusa, yöllä kukkivaa jasmiinia ja rehevä puutarha, jossa on melodisia laululintuja, voidaan nauttia edestä ja takaa peitetyillä lanaisilla. Korisilla ja bambukalusteilla koristeltu ja avoimilla palkkikattoilla ja luonnollisilla setriseinillä varustettu talo on tilava, mukava.

Hanalei Bayn puolikuun ranta on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä aurinkoa, rantakampausta, kausiluonteista upeaa ja upeita auringonlaskuja varten. Kävele rannalla historialliselle Hanalei-laiturille nauttiaksesi upeista näkymistä ympäröiville vuorille ja vesiputouksille.

*** Peruutussäännöt *** Peruutukset, jotka tehdään 1/6 - 12/14 välisenä aikana, vaativat 90 päivän kirjallisen ilmoituksen alkuperäisen talletuksen palauttamisesta, josta on vähennetty 75 dollarin käsittelymaksu ja palauttamaton 50 dollarin varausmaksu. Jos alle 90 päivän kirjallinen ilmoitus, koko alkuperäinen talletus menetetään. Vuokra ja valmistevero pidätetään, mikäli alle 60 päivää kirjallisesti ilmoitetaan siitä. Peruutukset varauksista 12-15-15 / 05 edellyttävät 120 päivän kirjallista ilmoitusta alkuperäisen talletuksen palauttamisesta, josta on vähennetty 75 dollarin käsittelymaksu ja palauttamaton 50 dollarin varausmaksu. Fantastic stay! This home is so charming and has everything you could need. Extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. Note that the house does not have AC. We stayed in September and found we didn't need it, the fans worked well for us. We will stay again if in the area!

Nice house. Very private on a small cul-de-sac. Neighbors can be a little noisy at times -- loud conversations/music until 11pm or so isn't uncommon. But super convenient to the Lahaina main strip...easily walkable to tons of restaurants, shops, and the beach. No A/C, so you'll use the fans a lot in the summer. Kitchen has the basics, but no dishwasher.

1973 Beach Cottage Time Capsule

This property ended up becoming our home for 4 days and not just a place to sleep and plop our stuff into. The location can not be understated, the beach was 5 minutes in one direction and town was 5 minutes in the other. All you need and more is within walking distance. The property was incredibly clean and every drawer had exactly what you needed. There were plenty of towels provided and a larger main bathroom than I expected. There were also unexpected beach chairs, snorkel gear, and a beach umbrella provided in the laundry space. There was an overall sense of love and care to the space that was palpable. We can’t wait to come back. I can’t leave a review without mentioning that if you are needing a/c or a dishwasher they won’t be found here. This place is a true beach cottage from another time but that isn’t a downgrade.

Great place

Terrific location - just a short, 5-minute walk to the middle of Hanalei Bay beach.Very nice place, with much more character than a condo.Only problem was a rooster who started crowing before midnight and kept it up off and on for the rest of the night. I asked my son to get out of bed, go find it, and make us some rooster fricassee. But he wouldn't.This happened only one night out of 5. No idea why.

If you are looking for a simple Hanalei beach getaway you wont do better than Puanani Hale. Perfect location on a quiet cul-du-sac, a short walk from both the stores and the beach.

This rental house is really well maintained. Very clean and well appointed. Lovely wood interior. It had everything we needed. Being able to walk just about everywhere was fantastic. Comfy, low key piece of Paradise

Our family (husband, myself, two boys,16 and 11) had a great stay at this property. Super clean and comfortable. It's a well-lived-in house, meaning no granite countertops or fancy tiles in the bathroom. The outdoor shower is grand and the location is superb. Yes, the roosters are noisy, but they are literally everywhere. So I think you would hear them wherever you stayed in Hanalei. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend.

Great Location

Would have given 5 stars, the property deserves it, but the resident rooster crowed the entire night. And the property behind us was under construction the whole week and were very loud (air compressor, nail gun) so it was not a relaxing place during the day. We would have appreciated a heads up on that. The property itself was perfect for us and close to the beach and downtown. It would have been lovely if it were not for all the racket.

Loved it!

Clean house with a 5 minute walk from the beach and from shops & restaurants. Has that 1970s surfer house vibe. Beach chairs, towels, kitchen appliances provided. We loved the outdoor shower. If you haven't been to Hanalei before know that it is gorgeous but is definitely the wet side of the island.

Cozy cottage steps from the heart of Hanalei

Perfect location only a 2 minute walk to the restaurants and shops and 2 minutes to the beach. Cozy cottage had everything we needed(just wish it had surf boards or boogies boards). Comfortable bed and the outdoor shower was wonderful! We loved being greeted by the geckos every morning. Roosters weren’t a bother at all. We will definitely be back.

Mixed opinion about the property. The good: - central location in Hanalei while being in a very quiet area - in walking distance to beach and town - wonderful outdoor area - clean The not-so-good: - very outdated interior (price-value not balanced) - not well-insulated from outside noise (be prepared to wake up every day by 3 am thanks to the roosters that live outside) - neighbor complaining about noise from watching TV at reasonable volume in a rather rude way. We are seasoned travelers and very respectful towards locals wherever we go but this made us feel unwelcome. On the bright side another neighbor stopped by the next morning and apologized for her.

Lovely Puanani!!

We loved the old school Hawaiian vibe here-quiet neighborhood (except for the roosters which lend a charm until they wake you at 2,3,4,5 am🙀), the house is simple and quiet and a perfect location. We will be back!! One comment-although the couch is cool looking it’s not very comfy. We loved having beach gear available to us. It’s a wonderful hane! Mahalo! 🌸🌺🌸

The house is fantastic. The neighbor is not.

The house is adorable and cozy. The VRBO description about the neighborhood being quiet is misleading. There is a crazy neighbor who comes over to yell, scream, cuss us out and threaten to call the cops because we were in the living room with our 12 year old watching a movie after 9am. The property management company told us they have more problems with her than any other property on the island. The homeowners and management company need to be a better job disclosing the truth about the neighborhood. The other neighbors were all lovely, just this one person who was bent on taking out her unhappiness on tourists.
