”A lovely villa in a peaceful tranquil retreat. Wonderful views of the coast and surrounding hills. Watch the Eagles soaring above. Very peaceful you can listen to the wildlife around you. The nearest Taverna is just over a kilometer away but you are unlikely to encounter a car walking there. Beautiful lake nearby to see the fresh water turtles.”

”I am struggling to find works to describe our stay. We have spent last 5 years organising business trips which ranged from 16-30+ people and this has been an absolute show stopper. The villa itself is absolutely beautiful, so close to the beach and some brilliant restaurants. The on hand service from Etouri is excellent to the point we have already booked another stay with them for next year. Sofia who manages the villa is ever so lovely and ever so helpful with anything. Would 100% recommend...

The villa is very clean, really well stocked with what you need and with stunning views over Souda Bay. You need a car to explore but we loved the location. Plaka has a number of restaurants and is only a short stroll away and the hidden cove of Koutalas is an absolute gem.”

”Wir waren zu viert im Pericles Beach House und es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub abseits vom Tourismus direkt am Meer. Absolut empfehlenswert, wer gerne mit dem Auto unterwegs ist und sich Land und Natur auf Kreta ansehen möchte. Zu den Vermietern hatten wir ein sehr engen Kontakt und konnten uns mit alen Problemen an sie wenden. Danke Xristina und Pericles für die schöne Zeit in Euerm Haus.”

”Spectacular views from poolside and villa balcony. Well equipped kitchen not lacking for anything. Spacious lounge and dining area. The air conditioning unit probably needs a service in this room. Bedrooms were excellent sized beds and comfy firm matresses. Airconditioning was perfect. Pool was a great size and always quiet and the views towards the sea were spectacular. Behind the house is a dramatic mountain backdrop.”

”Beautiful villa with great view. It was nice to have breakfast at the patio and enjoy the view. Pool was great and we really spend a lot of time swimming. Garden was beautiful, we loved the big olive trees. Villa was in very good condition and there was everything we needed in the kitchen. We had great evenings watching the sun go down and enjoy warm nights in the balcony.”

”Overall loved the place. There were a few niggles like the garden lights being intentionally turned off detracting from the atmosphere, penny-pinching in the extreme. Not being able to leave the washing machine or dishwasher on when going out because the electricity fob was locked to the door key, very patronising, especially considering the money paid for rental.the location was excellent and the outside ameneties great. Did think more effort could be put into a welcome basket maybe salt pepper...

Bussiyhteys Haniaan oli hyvä ja omaa autoa ei välttämättä tarvitse. Taksikyydit jäjestyivät kylältä helposti, palvelu oli hyvää. ”Amazing ! Location is perfect! We were family of 6 Adults and we all have our space for our own, the welcoming food in the fridge was so warming, thoughtful and helpful (when you arrived late in the day), the elevator was excellent for bringing the luggage up and down, oh…. The cleaning lady room ( that’s how we called it) - there is an extra small completed furnished apartment next to the house is prefect for your independent kid who wants privacy !! Wifi is working all over including at the...

”Villa and everything about the property is as you can see on photos. House is huge, 3 bedrooms, big living room, kitchen is on the small side but has everything. We didn't even go into the pool house but I believe people can sleep there as well. Terrace outside with the garden is really nice and spacious. Pool is fantastic and clean. Manolis (the manager) was great, he welcomed us at the house, gave us a few tips and was ready to help whenever needed. Location of the house is in a tiny village,...

”A cosy villa with all you need. The panoramic views of Lefka Ori and Souda bay are amazing - the most beautiful sunsets displayed each evening. Good sized pool. European plumming a nice surprise for those familiar with the typical local plumming ;-). Walking distance to local tavernas and minimarket - car recommended if you want to explore the beautiful Apokoronas area. Excellent and friendly communication with owner - thank you, Melanie!”
