The staffs are very helpful! Special mention to Cha for helping me with my last minute arrangement of airport taxi that accept credit card for payment. I love that this hotel is not located in the city center as it gives you the peace and quiet after a long day of fun and busyness of the city. I love the space and big grounds with play ground for my daughter and swimminh pool. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, it is large and spaceous. They have youtube and cable tv. Bathroom is really nice and clean with bathtub. All in all if you are travelling with kids this is ideal for you. It is not the most updated resort but its staff and peacefulness sold it for me. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and memorable to us!

Pro's: Employee who transported our bags and checked us into our suite was friendly. The bathroom and suite were very clean, and the suite was very spacious. The breakfast was good. Heat and AC worked well. Cons: Impersonal reception performed by employees behind plastic panels through which they could barely be heard. The terrace of the suite had a view of incoming street and surrounding buildings, and no table or chairs to sit outside. The bathroom did not have a bidet, and the only outlet where you could use the hair dryer was by the dining room table. The kitchen had bare minimum supplies - no salt or pepper, no coffee pot, no hand towels or paper towels. When I was using the washer, and tried to use the oven the breaker tripped, and I had to wait for the oven to finish, and restart the wash cycle that had nearly finished previously. We tried to use the Wi-Fi password that was provided, and it did not work on three different devices. When we asked for assistance with it, we were instructed to enter the Wi-Fi password. In short, the accommodations are represented as luxurious, but we found them just average

호텔이 좀 구석에 있는거 빼고는 좋아요. 오히려 좀 구석이라 밤에 조용해서 좋을지도!? 근데 뚜벅이로 돌아다닐때는 입구에서 숙소까지 거리가 좀 있어서 귀찮기도 합니다..ㅎㅎ 오래된 느낌이 물씬 나지만 그래도 깔끔하게 관리 되어있어 좋아요. 수영장이 멋졌는데 생각보다 추워서 수영은 못했어요..ㅋㅋㅋ 조식 괜찮고 직원들도 친절하고 괜찮습니다. 친구나 연인이랑 가는거보다는 어린 자녀들과 함께 가는게 더 좋은거 같습니다. 약간 펜션느낌이에용

Net appartement, zeer ruim opgezet en perfect om bijvoorbeeld sneller bij het vliegveld te zijn. Het appartement bevindt zich in een bewaakt complex met receptie. Op het complex zit ook een supermarkt (klein) maar biedt vanalles. Er is ook een goed restaurant, je kan vanaf de kamer bestellen en ze brengen het naar je toe. Appartement bevat precies genoeg bestek / borden maar géén vaatwastabletten. Wel afwasmiddel en spons. Ook een klein zakje wasmiddel (geen droger!). Afstand naar AirPort is 30min zonder file.

Very happy with my stay here. Staff were accommodating and let me check out late when I had a 2am flight. They speak good English and the breakfast was reasonably priced (around £6). Housekeeping is also efficient and I have no complaints. The area around the hotel has cafes, spas and restaurants plus with a Grab motorbike you can get to the old city for around £1 each way. I’d stay here again.

오래된 숙소인건 알았지만 들어서자 마자 에어콘에서 나오는 불쾌한 냄새가 견딜수가 없어서 방을 바꿨습니다. 화장실 세면대도 물이 안내려 가서 도저히 방을 쓸수가 없었습니다. 처음 배정 받은 방은 서호가 그래도 조금은 보이는 전망 이었는데 바꾼 방은 완전 뷰가 엉망이더군요...직원들은 친절한데 시설이 너무너무너무 낡았습니다...아..수영장에 있던 직원은 엄청 불친절 했습니다. 조식은 그냥 허기 때울정도의 조식인데...위생이 별로 안좋네요.. 위치도 그렇고..추천하기는 힘든 숙소 입니다.

Mycket stora rum
Väldigt trevligt hotell nära många bra restauranger i Hanoi. Mycket säkert område, även för mig som ensam kvinna. God mat till bra pris på hotellet. Mycket stor pool, dock många barn från tidigt på morgonen. Man får simma där dygnet runt, men utan badvakt på natten. Stor svit med vardagsrum, fullt utrustat kök, tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Kan tänka mig att komma tillbaka, och det vill jag sällan. Inte den bästa frukosten, men det går att köpa frukost på en stor mängd kafeer, så det var lugnt.
