”We enjoyed the views of Ganges and mostly the courteous and respectful staff of all levels. The hotel being right on one of the Ghats, it made us easier to take a battin Ganges. Also free boat ride from the hotel property allowed us to see the entire views of all famous ghats.
The restaurant staff Sandeep and Brijesh provided over and above best services. We will visit the Haveli again in the future. ”

”Abhijeet, the manager was unfailingly courteous and friendly and provided superb service. The area around the hotel is blocked off to taxis and is on a pedestrian lane and he was gracious enough to send a porter to meet my Rick Shaw to guide me to the hotel.
Subsequently, he sent a porter with my luggage to the pick up point for my Uber to the airport. Outstanding service well done!
