”The pool was a little chilly but refreshing on a hot day. Everything else was perfect. New hotel with a friendly staff. Everything was clean and fresh. ”

”While it is not a huge hotel, it had all the amenities you would expect from a nicer establishment. Our room was very clean, and I appreciated that the staff came by daily to ask if we needed any fresh towels or toiletries. The dining experience was also a highlight. The breakfast was great, the midday fresh popcorn was a nice touch, and the dinner offered was excellent. We also enjoyed the free coffee and soda available all day, as well as the three complimentary adult beverages provided...

”This is a very clean and comfortable place to stay. It’s fairly basic, but pretty nice. Rooms are large and have good kitchen area. ”

”Upon arrival, found no hairdry and notify the front desk asking for one. The front desk staff say will deliver one. However, no hairdryer delivered. The next day. asked the same staff at the front desk for hairdryer and replied already delivered but will do for the 2nd time. Yet, still no hairdryer delivered after a few hours. So. I have ask for it for the 3rd time to the same staff at the front desk to get the hairdryer. It seems that the staff training is desperately needed on this...

”I needed to stay in the North PHX area for work meetings. The location was convenient and offered all of the things I needed in a hotel. The bed was comfortable, there was work area, the WiFi was solid and the coffee was good. Great value for a mid week work trip. ”

”Very nice neighborhood, nice house. Room was fine. Parking on street not my favorite, but was fine. Shared bathroom was a surprise--either I missed that fact, or Expedia wasn't clear. It turned out ok because all of the guests were great. However, the experience could be terrible with bad guests.”

”For an extended stay hotel, it did not have a coffee machine or anything else in the kitchenette (fridge and microwave was present) just was not kept well … few outlets next to bed, WiFi was iffy”

”Do not stay here. Dirty bedspread with holes. Thin towels. Stained countertops in the otherwise very clean kitchenette. Water pressure was very strange for the bathroom sink and made it unusable without spraying water all over. Hair still left in the shower from previous guests. Gaps in the laminated floors. But you can park right outside the room and there's a fridge.”

”Property cancelled my booking, charged me 110$ to stay for only a few hours, Property was dirty, room was dirty, bed had stains on it. Staff was rude”

”This place was filthy we Checked in and left within 10 minutes . Room smelled like cigarettes. Bedding was dingy, bathroom dirty walls dirty . The only good thing was the clerk was friendly. ”

”The property was spacious, and my unit was as large as an apartment, so I had plenty of room to spread out. The pool was great, but the best thing about it is that I went down there to see spring training games, and its location just north of Phoenix meant that I was within a half hour of all of the ball parks! The people running the place were very nice as well!”

”An old and worn down hotel. We first got a non-smoking room with an unbelievable cigarette stench, and the replacement also clearly was smoked in. Room door was open as we got in, and we could see the corridor lights from all sides as we closed it - take a guess how good it was in keeping noise out. Never again for a price of over $150.”
