Decently priced hotel located in a really good area between buttermilk falls and downtown Ithaca the rooms are clean the staff was friendly and helpful I really enjoyed my stay I would definitely book again

This is a beautiful place to stay. We loved the quiet outdoor space and the waterfall. The house was clean and the kitchen was nicely stocked. The house is near to things to do but also in a quiet area.
