”When we arrived on a Saturday late afternoon, it was like entering a nightclub. There was a wedding with an open DJ above the bar area. It was so loud you couldn’t easily hear the staff. When in our room, the music was booming through. We asked to move to another room and they were able to facilitate this. Staff were polite and helpful. ”Everything was fine, just one niggle, the bed was in need of a mattress topper as I could feel the mattress springs digging into my back! The facilities and spa treatments were excellent, and I’d like to return for another mini break. Great location, handy for city visits on foot, with nearby pubs and restaurants.”
