The hotel is nice and clean. The quality of service and politeness depends on who you're dealing with. The cleaners of the hotel were super lovely, polite and did an excellent job! Hotel satisfies the basic needs, but doesn't give any extra. We asked a room from upper floors or with a view but weren't able to get one. Windows were next to neighbour building's wall.
Breakfast was good.

"Spacious clean room with a good view to countryside. Similarly the 14th floor bar/restaurant had great views all round and a good selection of drinks. Breakfast buffet excellent albeit busy as I think they were fairly full occupancy . Staff friendly and helpful. Would recommend."

"A very simple & overpriced hotel in a good location. Room cleaning during stay not included, no room service or restaurant in the hotel neither. Just a vending machine with soda, chocolate and crisps. Staff (one person) in the reception 24/7. Felt a bit unsafe at times, despite the hotel entrance ..."
