Room was immaculate. Staff were very friendly and helpfull. We used the gym , pool and hot tub which were all really nice

The room was not booked with a dog even that was requested at Hotels.com. The friendly recpetionist organised a room for me and my dog, but it was ÂŁ20 more expensive, There was a dog charhe of 35ÂŁ instead of 25ÂŁ as on the website. I did get a room looking at a wall and it was so intensly smelling ...
