”This property is located in a super convenient, very walkable location. Restaurant options and groceries are convenient. The home is clean and includes all necessary amenities. The basement flat offers a private living area that is great for large groups. As prior guests have warned, there are a lot of stairs. With the recent heat wave, it’s understandable the that outdoor window boxes are not well kept. The property does not have central air. Only window units so the temperature stays pretty...
