Asunnot – Hartford

”The place was new and had a stunning view of the mountains. There were three of us adults and it was great having two bathrooms. However, there were only two chairs in the kitchen area and only two chairs on the deck. The parking was definitely less than ideal. With no guard rail of any kind, it was tricky to park without getting too close to the edge of the steep driveway. Plus, there was very little room to park anyway. ”

”I can’t say enough good things about the property and the hosts… beautiful views, plenty of lake access and convenient location to all of the nearby attractions. And to hear the wolves at night was a special treat! Highly recommend and will be returning again and again… be sure to give Red and Xena plenty of loving!”

”This place was perfect for our Anniversary! Big enough for just the two of us and close to downtown! You’re close to the other cabins but once inside it feels like you’re all alone. The hot tub was a nice way to end the long days of walking! ”

”Our stay was cozy and quiet and it felt like it was the "best of both worlds" in that we had a quiet room to ourselves like a hotel and yet access to community area and kitchen like a house. The little creek right outside out door was nice to sit and listen and the room was good and cool when we got in there. My only issue was there are lights outside the room that were very bright in the room at night and some shades in addition to the curtains would be helpful.”

”We stayed at this great hideaway for a week, and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The place was immaculately cleaned and it had everything one could need for their stay. The outside of the property is lined with beautiful plants and trees almost making one feel like they are staying in a tree house. The 'Green Book'. The owners provided a book with everything about the cabin, restaurants, places to visit, and so much more. This book assisted with any and all questions we had during our stay....

”We love staying here! We arrive and dont have to touch the car unless we want to drive to Max Patch or to the Laural River over the mountain. Everything is within walking distance. ”
