”The Laindons B&B offers an amazing experience. The room was very spacious and comfortable and our hosts had thought of everything a guest could possibly need and more. The included breakfast was wonderful home cooking and the owners are incredible, being engaging and extremely considerate. I will absolutely return to Hastings and when I do will only consider staying at the Laindons. I cannot imagine finding better.”

It suited our needs entirely as a quiet location out of town although the road to Rye passes outside but not unduly intrusive at all. ”The room was compact but very comfortable. It was spotless and very well appointed, with a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and even a standing fan. The location is perfect, close to everything you might need. The pub downstairs serves great food too. Even though it's above a pub, there was no noise at all, and I slept very well. ”I booked this hotel for couple nights and was very pleased with it. I've been in better hotels in my life but for the price I payed for my nights in Lansdowne it was worth it. Location of the hotel is excellent as it is right next to the beach (which can make lot of noise during windy times) and in less than a minute walk from grocery shop and Hastins' centre. Appearance of the hotel is decent compared to Finnish standards but rooms are very tidy and cozy. My bed was very shoft, maybe too soft...
