Could have made an effort to be more accommodating- ie arrived just as dinner service ended. Could have offered snacks, nuts, something… Asked about GF breakfast options. Didn’t seem to know so I had to ask item by item… toast? Breakfast meats? Beans?”

”This is easily the best hotel in Rye, and, in my opinion, one of the best I have had the pleasure of staying at. Like many hotels the food was excellent, the service was excellent the rooms are beautifully decorated and the simple things like having a decent shower or bar are so well catered for.
