”Small pool area. Rooms were dated. They put us in a different room then we reserved and I had to push to get us in the correct type. After that it was ok. ”

”This resort is really outdated (atleast the tower were we stayed – they were doing some renovations there though) We were happy that we only booked one night. It is really close to Kailua-Kona center (but was quiet still which was great), so it was walkable and the trolley takes you to some beaches. ”

”The hotel needs renovations. Boat isn’t working, tram didn’t have air conditioning. The room key and parking keys never worked. Everything was in general disrepair. Definitely expected more from a Hilton ”

”Wonderful staff! Very close to the airport, downtown, and stadium. Room was clean. If you are traveling with anyone who has mobility issues, some rooms are located far from the lobby. There are no stairs for rooms on the upper level. We could hear people outside of our room passing by and talking and going up the stairs with their luggage. Hard to fall asleep with the noise. ”

”My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were all so nice and friendly, and we liked having the kitchenette in our room. There were two standing fans and a ceiling fan, so we didn’t mind not having AC for a few nights. I liked the pool and the location too!”

”This place is an absolute dump. I don't think it would pass for a 2-star hotel in Europe or Asia. Don't book the ocean view room, the windows will rattle to a point where it's impossible to sleep with the slightest of waves. The prices are beyond ludicrous. Spent a few nights here, expecting this to be the dream Hawaiian getaway after trekking around the island - it was the worst hotel we stayed in. We had to change rooms 3 times to get something remotely habitable... this at a $400/night...
