”The resort is a beautiful property and we mostly had a pleasant stay. We stayed in the makai tower and shelled around 4-500$ per room. The rooms themselves don’t feel that worth, they are outdated and one can feel and see it. Everything’s functional though. The really annoying part is the longgg routes for people needing accessibility and mobility. People on the wheelchair have to take really long paths to reach somewhere otherwise their family members are left to lift wheelchairs and the...

”This resort is really outdated (atleast the tower were we stayed – they were doing some renovations there though) We were happy that we only booked one night. It is really close to Kailua-Kona center (but was quiet still which was great), so it was walkable and the trolley takes you to some beaches. ”

”This place is an absolute dump. I don't think it would pass for a 2-star hotel in Europe or Asia. Don't book the ocean view room, the windows will rattle to a point where it's impossible to sleep with the slightest of waves. The prices are beyond ludicrous. Spent a few nights here, expecting this to be the dream Hawaiian getaway after trekking around the island - it was the worst hotel we stayed in. We had to change rooms 3 times to get something remotely habitable... this at a $400/night...

”Jeff was a kind host, The land was absolutely Beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, nice rooms though Eye stayed in the tent which Eye enjoyed. It gets pretty hot and there during the day and very cool at night. Less than a minute drive from my favorite clothing optional beach. Eye really enjoyed my stay. The hot tub was nice, the bath tub was lovely and the outside showers. The only issue Eye saw was that the inside shower curtain had quite a bit of mold on it but besides that everything was...
