”Very private unit. Probably the most private, quiet and beautiful unit on the property. Super comfortable bed. Lots of restaurants and the ocean very very close!! Town is walking distance and lovely. Highly recommend this unit.”

”I had a wonderful view of the ocean and Alii drive. The room had almost everything I needed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, coffee maker, small appliances, and cleaning products. Plenty of towels (bath, pool, kitchen). I didn’t use the tv, but I did use the WiFi which worked just fine. The bed and chairs in the unit were comfortable and there was a small dresser to hang clothes (including hangars). I used the AC and it cooled the space quickly. I used the laundry facilities....

”The place is right in the middle of the downtown and steps away from great food spots and the water! The studio was cute and clean. Owners provided snorkeling equipment and beach chairs and cooler - made snorkeling and beach trips very comfortable! The owner was very accommodative and overall had a great experience :)”

”Great property with everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the kitchen, lanai, beach supplies, and good communication with the host. I liked the area and complex. It smelled so nice out in the grounds and it was a quick walk everywhere. Pool area was nice and clean, good complex, easy parking. Would stay again.”

”This was a great place to stay! We were here for 6 nights and had a really amazing stay. There was onsite parking (which is huge), and it was very easy to find a parking spot.The location is in the middle of all of the Kona buzz, which made it easy for us to walk around when we stayed in town. The Farmer’s Market was less than a 5 minute walk, and Safeway, Walmart, and Target were all quite easy to get to. ”Hi, this is an excellent location with plenty of space for sleeping. We found that most things that we needed were available in the condo. Some things are in certainly in shabby shape and could use an update. It worked out well for us because we are mostly gone. The Internet turned out not to work for us. The linens could definitely be better. Still we enjoyed our time in Hawaii exploring and having fun.”

”The first half of the stay was great! The apartment is as described and very clean. However the shower drain became extremely slow in the second half of our stay. It got to the point where we’d have to wait over an hour between showers - bad when you’re on a beach vacation. We had to change our plans due to this.
