The private hot tub is fully drained, cleaned and refilled between each stay. As a result, we cannot guarantee that it will be at full operating temperature on the day of arrival. Thank you for your understanding while we prioritise hygiene and guest safety.

A £250 security deposit pre-authorisation is required prior to arrival and released after checkout, subject to the rental terms
Guests must agree to and sign the rental agreement
Valid government-issued photo ID is required for verification
The lead guest must be aged 21 or over

Self check-in via access codes sent 24 hours prior to arrival

Check-in: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Check-out: by 10:00 AM
