The room was reasonably clean but dated, the shower leaked water everywhere.
The bar was a real sanctuary of peace and quiet.
We believed the evening meal was to be £21.90 but we were charged £23.95, why ?

Something good, something to improve
"Staff were very helpful, accessibility was very good. Cleaning the room wasn´t very good; needed to go ask towels, bath mats, suger, coffee. Also needed to give feedback to keep objects at same place, not moving them (blind). They had a wedding parties and music was very loud till early morning. ..."

"We've stayed here before amd had a really positive experience, but was disappointed on this occasion. Our room was on the top floor and as soon as we opened the door to our room it smelled of smoke. There were peanut remnants on the carpet and the shower was a dribble at best that would go off mid-shampoo ..."
