”The hotel is tired, it’s clean enough but the furniture is old and worn. Could really do with a facelift in my opinion. The room was comfortable and had what we needed, but it felt old. Great for a short break when visiting family, but we’ve stayed in better places I’m afraid. ”

”The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained with good decor. The bathroom had a powerful shower and enough room around the basin for your wash bags. ”This hotel is a great place to stay. The beds were really comfy,pillows were lovely and soft not like bricks under my head. The food was great in the restaurant plenty of choice, you can watch sports or sit in the garden. The bar has a wide range of drinks and snacks and a pool table. I found the room decor very tasteful however I did have an issue with the shower no fault of the hotel just a stupid design which a lot of the hotels have.

”I have stayed at No. 10 several times in the past. It is my go-to place whenever I visit Preston.
