”Place is very nice. The room was clean and very large. Two features really important to us — walk-in shower and hypo-allergenic bedding. It’s a little dated, but I’ll take that over some of the marginal places we have stayed on Moonstone Beach.”

”We were welcomed with our dog, for a fee, that we were happy to pay as The Ocean Point Ranch was so accommodating. The rooms have a very homey ranch decor. We loved the ocean cliff area and all the outdoor amenities provided such as fire pits, games (indoor and out) and a pool. ”We stayed here only one night during our road trip. The hotel is near the Hearst Castle visitor center and some miles away from the elephant seal vista point (which I totally recommend). Hotel has a small pool, a restaurant and a bar and there are small shops nearby. Everything you can hope for a quick or even longer stop. Rooms were clean and nice. ”
