We stayed 3 nights and the room wasn’t serviced on any day noting we paid the same for each day we expected the room to look and feel clean each day. Dirty Coffee cups and glasses were left and whilst towels were replaced once (which was fine) the servicing lacked attention to detail. ”

We also bought access to the spa (which is separate to booking the hotel room), and that was a great experience for us as we enjoyed the various pools, hot tubs, steam rooms etc. and the bar that was attached to it.”

”Saavuin junalla Wilmslown asemalta, josta taksimatka hotellille oli noin 10 min. Hotelliin kirjoittauduin illalla ja söin illallisen, joka oli erittäin hyvä. samoin aamiainen. Huone kokolattiamattoineen oli nuhjaantuneen tuntuinen. Vuode ei mukava. Kylpyhuonetilat olivat OK. Neljän tähden hotellissa olisi odottanut olevan safty boxin; ei ollut, eikä myöskään minibaaria. Kettle oli kuitenkin. Hotellista lentoasemalle kesti n. 15 min.”
