Escape to your perfect mountain getaway at this stunning retreat in Hedgesville, WV. With towering ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a beautiful stone wood-burning fireplace, this home combines rustic charm with modern comfort. We’re also dog-friendly!

The open-concept kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need — refrigerator, oven/range, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, and a bar for extra seating. The dining area flows into the spacious living room, where you can relax by the fire or gather for a fun family game night. But the real showstopper is outside: the stunning mountain view that made us fall in love with this home. Step onto the wraparound deck or screened porch to sip your morning coffee as the sun rises over the ridge — a magical moment filled with color and the gentle songs of mountain birds. It’s absolutely worth waking up early for.

Upstairs, the loft area offers a great hangout space with poker/game table, air hockey, and exercise bike. On the lower level, you’ll find a leather sectional and wet bar, —the perfect setup for fun and relaxation.

Guests have access to The Woods Resort amenities, including golf, tennis, swimming pools, and an indoor fitness center.

The Woods Resort (distance from house - walkable): a private community with an 18-hole golf course (with low green fees), spa, a restaurant and pub, and miles of walking/hiking trails. It’s considered the best course in the area, and the food is pretty great too. Be sure to check out the new enclosed dining pavilion or mobile kitchen for order-to-go!

Historic Downtown Berkeley Springs (distance from house - 30 mins): Charming and full of unique shops, art galleries, and locally-owned restaurants. It's a great place to spend a day browsing and exploring. Be sure to check out Berkeley Springs Antique Mall and weekend Farmer’s Market and Art Walk for unique finds.

Cacapon Resort State Park (distance from house - 40 mins): Hiking, picnicking, and stunning views of the Appalachian Mountains. It’s an excellent place for outdoor activities like hiking, golf, and wildlife watching. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat, the park’s Cacapon Mountain trail provides an excellent hike with panoramic views.

Peacemaker National Training Center (distance from house - 30 mins) This facility offers shooting ranges and training programs for various skill levels.

Tomahawk MX (distance from house - 15 mins) This motocross track provides thrilling experiences for dirt bike enthusiasts.

Sleepy Creek Wildlife Management Area (distance from house - 10 mins) This area offers a network of trails suitable for mountain biking, including the Sleepy Creek Mountain Trail and Meadow Branch Trail, providing scenic routes through diverse terrain.
