Manager at the front desk was super helpful as I needed and ADA room on first floor. Bottled water upon arrival. Breakfast was also good. Room was very clean and up to date and bed was very comfortable. Right off the freeway. Will return to stay again!”

”We were placed in a handicap room. Room overall was clean. The bed was worn and not very comfortable. The hot water took a long time to get warm & the tub didn't drain well. The pool was very small & the jets for the hot tub didn't work. There also were ants in the pool area. Breakfast is $15/person even our 2 year old who wouldn't eat more than 1/2 a pancake so we decided to go elsewhere. We ended up checking out early. ”We were told upon arrival that the hotel was without air conditioning and it wouldn't be fixed until Monday. We should have taken that as our chance to change hotels. The room was comfortable at first but got warmer through the afternoon evening. No fans were available when we checked later in the evening. The happy hour snacks had been attacked by the many kiddos running through the building so we were lucky to dig out a few gold fish and some pretzel mix from the snack containers. The...

”Beautiful building and amazing location! I always stay in this area and finally stayed here at the Canopy. I will be back! The parking garage was slightly annoying with the tickets but that’s nitpicking. Bed - 3/5 you could tell the bed was a little older and slightly less comfortable than many others I have slept on Price was right and everyone on staff was amazing! Overall I will be back every time I’m in Minneapolis! ”
