”We had a very nice clean room. Friendly staff! Amazing pool party and swim up bar. The location is excellent. You can walk to all the action.”

”The stay was good and located close to everything in Put In Bay, which made easy walking to see sights. The room had several beds to sleep on. We chose the bed on the right of the room to sleep in, only to find the mattress sheet didn't fit the bed and kept coming of mattress, mattress is wore out on the left side and the right side, kept sliding to the middle of the bed. We didn't try the other beds due to not wanting to mess up a bunch of beds for them to make. Staff was friendly and...

”The best part about this hotel is the location and pool. If this hotel was located anywhere else, and they did not have a swim at bar, I would be giving them one star. The customer service from one of the girls was dreadful. The golf cart reservation that we made 2 months prior to the trip was not written down or saved. The girl at the front desk did not care at all and did not try to accommodate us or help us in any way. However, the men working there are incredibly nice. The breakfast sucks,...

”I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was amazing especially the night staff very friendly accommodating property sits right in the middle of everything. Pool area was wonderful. Rooms were great no complaints. Definitely looking forward to coming back.”

”It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the rooms were newly updated, spacious and clean. We arrived at 4:00 and our room wasn’t ready which was disappointing as we were really ready for a shower and to lay down. The beds were just okay. The locals very convenient to the Marina we came in to. It was only about a five minute walk. It was however very loud. It is right next to a bar and we could hear the music and people very well until about 12:30 am.”

”We paid $652 for two nights for what was advertised as a Deluxe King Room, but were given a small, windowless room with a full-size bed instead. At no point before check-in were we told the room had no windows, despite this being a major feature that should have been disclosed. We never would have booked this room had we known. The room was also dirty. The toilet hadn’t been properly cleaned, there was a water bottle cap under the bed, debris across the floor, and the bottoms of my feet turned...

”Each time we choose to visit the lake and occasionally due to unpredictable circumstances; this hotel is the only option to stay ! It’s always clean , proximity to the beach area , stores and restaurants. The hotel staff is always accommodating. The location is our favorite , especially being close to the freeway, for any emergency exits .The staff are always friendly, the rooms are clean and the lake view is amazing! If you’re like us and like nice things , this location is the place to be ....

”The room itself was great and was very clean, however, there was absolutely no visits from housekeeping during our stay. No cleans towels were brought to us, no trash taken out. We had to get fresh towels twice during our stay.”

”The location was great! Private beach was very nice. The office closes at 8:00 and that is where the ice machine is located, so no ice after 8. Could have been a bit cleaner, but overall, a great place to stay.”

”The property was in a perfect location for what we needed. Right across the street from Lake Erie, and Jolly Roger's. We could see the lake from our room. The second floor is stairs only, but wasn't a big deal. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast. It was perfectly fine for what we needed. There was cereal, donuts, bagels, muffins, different toasts, peanut butter, jelly, waffles, yogurt, granola, cinnamon, fresh fruit, juice, coffee, eggs, and sausage. I even made some bougie toast...
