”Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. They allowed us to keep our bags behind the desk while we enjoyed more of the island before we caught our afternoon ferry. Location was nicely situated to enjoy the town on foot.”

We chose the bed on the right of the room to sleep in, only to find the mattress sheet didn't fit the bed and kept coming of mattress, mattress is wore out on the left side and the right side, kept sliding to the middle of the bed. ”The best part about this hotel is the location and pool. If this hotel was located anywhere else, and they did not have a swim at bar, I would be giving them one star. The customer service from one of the girls was dreadful. The golf cart reservation that we made 2 months prior to the trip was not written down or saved. ”I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was amazing especially the night staff very friendly accommodating property sits right in the middle of everything. Pool area was wonderful. Rooms were great no complaints. Definitely looking forward to coming back.”

”It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the rooms were newly updated, spacious and clean. We arrived at 4:00 and our room wasn’t ready which was disappointing as we were really ready for a shower and to lay down. The beds were just okay. The locals very convenient to the Marina we came in to. It was only about a five minute walk. It was however very loud. It is right next to a bar and we could hear the music and people very well until about 12:30 am.”

”The room itself was great and was very clean, however, there was absolutely no visits from housekeeping during our stay. No cleans towels were brought to us, no trash taken out. We had to get fresh towels twice during our stay.”

”Each time we choose to visit the lake and occasionally due to unpredictable circumstances; this hotel is the only option to stay ! It’s always clean , proximity to the beach area , stores and restaurants. The hotel staff is always accommodating. The location is our favorite , especially being close to the freeway, for any emergency exits .The staff are always friendly, the rooms are clean and the lake view is amazing! If you’re like us and like nice things , this location is the place to be ....

”The property was in a perfect location for what we needed. Right across the street from Lake Erie, and Jolly Roger's. We could see the lake from our room. The second floor is stairs only, but wasn't a big deal. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast. It was perfectly fine for what we needed. There was cereal, donuts, bagels, muffins, different toasts, peanut butter, jelly, waffles, yogurt, granola, cinnamon, fresh fruit, juice, coffee, eggs, and sausage. I even made some bougie toast...
