”I loved this hotel, especially for the cost per night. The breakfast buffet was great with tons of options, like a full-service restaurant. The front desk staff were amazing and the customer service was on point. They have a small laundry room and vending area, and everything is functional. The small gym is a little dated, but it is usable. The parking garage is great, too. I will definitely stay here again when I come to St. Louis!”

”Room was not cleaned at all. Bathroom tub, toilet, and floors were absolutely filthy. For the price we paid for our stay, we were completely disappointed.”

”Certainly a different kind of experience. Location was convenient, but getting luggage to and from car was a bit challenging. Outdoor garden area was relaxing when the music wasn't blaring. Coffee and water in the lounge was lovely. Very interesting toilet!!! It was definitely easy to hear the folks in rooms above us walking around. The combination closet, refrigerator and coffee service was unusual to say the least.”

”The facility charges for everything. Including water and parking, even though there is plenty of parking space outside in their open parking lot. They do not provide complimentary water upon you checking in. The staff are demonstrating behavior like those running a night shift at a remote gas station. Their breakfast options are horrible.”

”The Cheshire is an interesting experience. It is definitely one-of-a-kind. The problem is that the rooms are outdated. The a/c in my room was very loud. The ceiling tiles were dirty. The walls are very thin and I could hear everything the neighbor was saying. The pool is nice but is loud if your room faces it. Parking is convenience. Breakfast is average hotel continental breakfast - nothing special. The pub is cool. The place needs a refresh and an update, which can be accomplished while...

”There is a parking ramp right next to it, so your car isn’t out in the open and there is plenty of parking. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. They have a wider variety of food for breakfast. We left for home before 6:00 and the gal at the restaurant asked if we wanted any breakfast even though it officially didn’t start until 6:30. The rooms were quiet too.”

”The Property is full of old world charm and very well maintained with all the major amenities provided. The manager was extremely informative regarding dining, entertainment and tourist options. Location is very close to theatre district but be prepared to travel a bit further to if you want multiple dining options. Property has dedicated street parking but can get busy on Fri and Sat nights due to theatre traffic, however, the manager was very helpful in reserving or securing spots for us so no...

”This was my second time staying here and the Staff was very helpful, room was clean and comfortable with great a.c and the best part after working night shift was coming back for a hot breakfast before going to bed.”
