”Located on the campus of Washington University right next to Forest Park. It is centrally located. We were lucky enough to sail on the fifth floor. I do have laundry facilities upstairs as well as a coffee, tea refrigerator microwave area not sure if that’s on every floor, but it was on the fifth rooms were very nice bathroom very clean spacious staff was wonderful to deal with. ”great location and unique decor; overall good vibe. the shag rug in our suite was not super clean (found a rubberband with someone else's hair in it) and the wallpaper in the bathroom had some odd stains on it next to the sink. was left with the impression things are just a little run down, but the overall experience was still good.”

”Room was huge. Clean and neat. Pool area was small but nice. Exercise room was small but had several very nice treadmills with extensive options. Parking was in basement garage. Only had a 6 ft 6 inch height opening. Fine for our small car, but would not accomodate oversized pickups. Plenty of parking on street which was in a safe neighborhood. ”The parking was terrible. They charged us $10 for parking when we told them we had a car, yet didn't provide us with a parking space. There was a wedding and there was no place to park. The AC unit was so loud in the room that I woke up every time it kicked on thinking it was a truck going up a hill. The bed was also squeaky. AND NO REFRIDGERATOR IN THE ROOM. I stay in $400-$500 a night hotels frequently and they've all figured out people was a fridge in the room. I've been intrigued by...

”Plenty of parking, a Starbucks and a restaurant next door, easy access to a main street and major highways. Nice workout room, snacks/drink mart at the front desk, large lobby with seating. The room was clean and comfortable, large bathroom. Top notch.”

”The website says they have a pool, and they don't. That was unfortunate because that was one of the reasons we picked this hotel, and my kids were all very much disappointed!! When we asked the front desk, they said, unfortunately, they haven't updated the hotel in the last 10 years when the pool was removed. Otherwise very nice.”

”My expedia says check in at 3:00. Hotel says 4:00 and they were terrible at communicating when rooms were done amd we didn’t get in until 4:30. Parking was ridiculously expensive and they put two pending charges for $192.00 and $242.00 before they figured out the correct amount. Had to call back because they charged me for two valet parking permits when i purchased one.. not a great experience”

”Dan was a fantastic host as well as being a very kind person! Rosie, the cohost, might be somewhat intimadating at first glance for some, but she is a very sweet character when you get to know her. Breakfast was made with love by Dan and the whole house is tastefully original as was my room. The area itself is very inviting and parking is absolutely no problem. A stay that will always be positively remembered.”
