”A top range property which had had a lot of thought put in to it but the while the under floor heating could be turned down it could not be put completely off and we were far to hot on occasion. It did feel a little impersonal and not to welcoming as the key was in the property and we had no contact at all with the owner or family ”

”Gym basic - just home kit really - but better than most hotel gyms despite that, and the pool was swimmable in early March despite not been up to the temp the owners aim for (but don't expect until April). Lovely property and location, was there for work but would return for holiday!”

”Property was well thought out and well equipped. Even found some super glue when my glasses broke! Hot tub was an amazing addition. We would definitely stay again should we visit the area in future. Thank you!”

”The property is perfect for staying. Large space compare to the price, Worm inside, Wide kitchen, everything is good. But otherwise WiFi signal is kind of weak so it's small minus point. Since they are not stated "WiFi" on the ammenities, may be most of customers expect strong WiFi during their stays.”

”Cosy setting, lots of amenities in the property. Would’ve been nice to have met the owner when checking in (met him upon checking out) but otherwise really nice stay. Will happily stay there again. ”

”A very cosy cottage with much privacy. Not far from Stow town center. Very clean and comfortable stay . We like it a lot Unfortunately we only stayed for one night. Did not have opportunity to enjoy the back garden. Beautiful both inside and outside. An excellent place to enjoy! Highly recommended for family of four in the middle of Cotswold.”

”Easy entry to cottage. Kitchen had everything needed, just missing a dishwasher but not important for short stay.”

”The house was a lovely property with plenty of space inside and out. All the amenities you could ask for. The only negative was the mattress in the double bed and the two single beds were firm and uncomfortable and I would suggest purchasing a mattress topper or some new mattresses as this was the only negative that we experienced. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. ”

"everything worked. only downside is that Forest of Arden has kept the credit card deposit open for more than 2 weeks, which is annoying."

"Disturbingly noisy at least during the week end nights because of the loud music coming from the neighbouring clubs and bars till early hours. Fortunately I was not close to the ongoing renovation work of the hotel itself. Other little flaws like non-functioning USB outlet and lightning, too. Kind cleaning staff and some receptionists, however majority of people at the reception did not seem to be able to communicate neither with guests nor between themselves. Their stubbornly quiet way of working without speaking and just leaving the customer was embarrasing."
