• No unauthorised visitors to the property
• Only the guests listed on the booking form are allowed inside the property
• All names of the guests over the age of 18 staying must be provided upon booking
- No candles please as this is against the regulations for holiday lets
- All group bookings guests must be over the age of 30, children welcome
- No dogs upstairs or on soft furnishings
