Staff was extremely friendly and helpfull. The building itself is not the prettiest one the view is excellent. Nice walking distance from the railway station. No distracting noise. Clean airy and roomy appartment. Good value for the money. Only negative is the low water pressure in the shower.

Good, family-friendly hotel
Nice place in a good, quiet location. Walking distance to Centraal Station and with bikes it's easy to get around from the hotel. Friendly and helpfull staff. The hotel was nice, but the room without a canal view was a bit dark. A good option when traveling with children.
