”Very nice hotel, but some issues occured during our 7 days stay in september 2023. Great location, although lots of noise from building sites etc through the windows. Our room was on 34th floor, so low level room was not the reason. Windows had only double glazing, maybe that's the norm in NYC. Friendly staff, expect one lady in restaurant/lobby bar, who was very rude not once, but twice. Otherwise Restaurant Versa was very nice with good food. Some minor issues with the room. "The best thing is definitely the location right next to Time Square. Otherwise the hotel is pretty basic for a 4 star hotel and based on my previous experiences in New York, I was expecting more. I was a bit disappointed that the free breakfast means grab-and-go croissant, yoghurt and juice. When paid extra 6,5$ per person, we could sit down and have one thing from the list. The room was a bit old and not the cleaniest, but the bed was very comfortable and the staff mostly nice. "
