”We had a great stay. One of the best value hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Yes it could do with some TLC but for the price we paid, more than happy. Great breakfast and the spa was super.”

”Lovely hotel and very helpful staff. Excellent food. Disappointed with the spa facilities, certainly not luxury. Massage rooms were in a hut next to the swimming pool. You had to walk behind the reception desk and through the swimming pool to get there. There was no relaxation room. Enjoyed the massage but for the price I had hoped for some luxury and somewhere to lie down and chill afterwards. Also you have to go through the tiny gym to get to the hot tub and if someone is using the treadmill...

”It is on the outskirts of Gloucester, so was a great location to access the motorway. We enjoyed a good evening meal and took time to use the pool and spa.
Paying for parking was the first thing you have to do, before anything and is a negative impact on check in. We had to call reception st midnight as there were people drinking ans shouting outside but they dealt with it straightaway.”

”Thoughtful, friendly receptionists, cheerful serving staff, room had a beautiful view and was clean. No complaints other than old cobwebs in the swimming pool windows and pool was crowded and noisy due to kids swimming lessons, which cut the useable area of pool to half”
