”Checked in and the entire lobby just has a weird smell of food. Got to our room and we had NO hot water. Reported to the front desk who had their maintenance come and said a fuse blew on the hot water heater. We just drove 8 hours and all my kids needed bathed. And were forced to take cold baths. After an hour the water was still cold and I was like "you'll just have to be patient" it was like midnight. The toilet paper smelled like cigarettes and there was no stopper for the bath tub. ”

”Elevator was out during our stay. We were on the 4th floor and they were unable to move us lower. Dirty towels in bathroom cabinet. No beds for the pullout couch. Parking and location convenient. Room felt clean outside if towel situation. Suite style room offered privacy and worked for the 4 of us.”

”Clean room but small space and very dated. If you don’t need stove and a full size refrigerator, which occupy too much space in the room, look elsewhere. Low ceiling makes the room look pretty cramped. Not worth my $200. Below average breakfast. Only good thing there was front desk staff and special shout out to Miriam. Thank you for being so nice. ”

”I really enjoy my stay. The hot tub worked perfectly. It was great. The temperature was great. The breakfast was good. He just didn’t have a lot of selections, but from what I did have, it was good. The room was clean. The people at the front desk were nice. It was quiet. Don’t really have any complaints.”
