”My room was spottless and while the property is a little older, it did not show the wear others are showing. Check-in was smooth and quick which is always wonderful at 12am. Overall it was a great stay for a more than reasonable price.”

”The room is clean. It’s next to a train track but it does not bother me. Front desk is friendly. Hotel don come say vegetarian breakfast is available but no one mentioned about breakfast when I check in or check out. Convenient location for where I was going. ”

”Pratt Smith BnB offers excellent hospitality. The hosts are kind, attentive, and make you feel welcome right away. The house is clean, comfortable, and quiet, with a warm home like atmosphere.
Breakfast is excellent and thoughtfully prepared, with something different each day. Overall, this is a very well run place where guests are genuinely cared for. I would strongly recommend Pratt Smith BnB and would stay here again.
