”The property far exceeded our expectations, clean, tidy and warm, it is located in a quiet location on the grounds away from the main house any you feel like your totally self contained. The owner lets you be, and sent just a couple of courteous emails in case we wanted things like change of towels. the property is only about 7min drive to the centre of Canterbury. ”

”Stayed for 2 nights on Sat & Sun 6-8th December. We were greeted with a very busy pub but extremely attentive staff who could not do enough to make us feel welcome. The room was well furnished with a retro vibe. If I am being over critical, I would say that the carpet in the room could do with a clean and the bathroom needs a bit of an upgrade. ”The room was clean and spacious, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the breakfasts was a good choice of English and continental breakfast, if you are travelling by car to the hotel then you have plenty of space in to park, i travelled to Canterbury by train, the nearest station is Canterbury east ”

”The property was everything we needed for our one night stay in Whitstable. It was very cosy, and had everything we needed. The host was easy to contact and responded really quickly. Would definitely recommend and return.”

”It was all so simple, the code was sent through via email for the lock box which contained a fob to get in the main door and key for the bedroom door. Claire was very helpful when we arrived. The rooms are lovely and spacious, comfy bed too! Breakfast was a continental spread and lovely start to the morning, the staff member was very courteous and friendly.
