”The property far exceeded our expectations, clean, tidy and warm, it is located in a quiet location on the grounds away from the main house any you feel like your totally self contained. The owner lets you be, and sent just a couple of courteous emails in case we wanted things like change of towels. the property is only about 7min drive to the centre of Canterbury. ”

”You couldn't be more central (excellent location). Sanjeewa was wonderful - We thought we had an issue with our TV & he came up immediately to sort it (it was us, not the TV)! Breakfast was so good, continental but plenty of variety. Sanjeewa also allowed us to leave pur bags at the property, after check-out. Really can't rate this place highly enough, at the price we paid. Would recommend 💯”

”Stayed for 2 nights on Sat & Sun 6-8th December. We were greeted with a very busy pub but extremely attentive staff who could not do enough to make us feel welcome. The room was well furnished with a retro vibe. If I am being over critical, I would say that the carpet in the room could do with a clean and the bathroom needs a bit of an upgrade.
