”The hotel was very clean, the breakfast buffet was very nice, hot food and good selection.”

”Absolutely unacceptable! Overbooked our room and left us stranded at 11:00 PM. I am writing this review to warn all future travelers about the severe lack of professionalism and ethics at this property. We made a confirmed reservation well in advance through Expedia. However, when we arrived at the property at 11:00 PM after a long journey, we were shocked to find out that they had resold our room to someone else. The staff showed absolutely no empathy, accountability, or willingness to help us...

”This is NOT the place to stay, this was in a lowincome neighborhood , people legit lived here, low income people who you would assume would break into your car lived in here , this is not the place for you to stay at , me and my boyfriend were never in here thank God cause we only got this place to legit sleep in , THE TOWELS HAD PUBIC HAIR ON IT, i used the towels as floor mats, we used sandals to stand in the shower, the shower was stained and dirty, the sheets were stained, luckily i did NOT...

”The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly very accommodating and went above and beyond with everybody that came to the counter. The rooms were cozy the bed was okay I've had better but it wasn't bad. I will definitely be staying there every time I visit the beach. I would highly recommend this place.”

”You tend to get what you pay for and unfortunately they really need to do something with the carpets as there dirty. Breakfast isn't as it used to be as a frequent I use to stay there it's not as it should've been. Pool was nice and beds were cozy, laundry right there on property.”

”We tried to check in early, rooms weren’t ready yet. No big deal. Until we came back at 6pm (check in is at 4) and had to WAIT for our room because it STILL was not cleaned and ready. We were not alone, nearly 15 people crowded the lobby in the same situation. The next day, the same thing happened to the new check ins. Also, the second day we were there I asked for clean towels. No housekeeper ever came to our room. I asked at 5:30pm, checked in at 6:30pm, and FINALLY we just left and came back...

”Parking was available. Bare minimum with room. Tv didnt work when we drove in late night. Bed sheets were not in great condition stained. Towels had stains on them. Questionable cleanliness luckily we didn't stay a whole weekend. One comment I heard was at least they had a hand soap dispenser. We wouldn't stay there for a night again.”
