”Absolutely unacceptable! Overbooked our room and left us stranded at 11:00 PM. I am writing this review to warn all future travelers about the severe lack of professionalism and ethics at this property. We made a confirmed reservation well in advance through Expedia. However, when we arrived at the property at 11:00 PM after a long journey, we were shocked to find out that they had resold our room to someone else. The staff showed absolutely no empathy, accountability, or willingness to help us...

”The room was very nice, clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and used the pool every day. we'd definitely stay there again!”

”We tried to check in early, rooms weren’t ready yet. No big deal. Until we came back at 6pm (check in is at 4) and had to WAIT for our room because it STILL was not cleaned and ready. We were not alone, nearly 15 people crowded the lobby in the same situation. The next day, the same thing happened to the new check ins. Also, the second day we were there I asked for clean towels. No housekeeper ever came to our room. I asked at 5:30pm, checked in at 6:30pm, and FINALLY we just left and came back...

”You tend to get what you pay for and unfortunately they really need to do something with the carpets as there dirty. Breakfast isn't as it used to be as a frequent I use to stay there it's not as it should've been. Pool was nice and beds were cozy, laundry right there on property.”

”This was a lovely property right on the ocean. Our room was clean, the staff was wonderful and friendly, and we enjoyed an economical stay with a gorgeous view right in the midst of Virginia Beach activity and shopping. For anyone with pets, this hotel can accommodate furry visitors (we didn't have one, but like that that is an option for people traveling with their pets). The pool looked nice, I stuck my toes in, but was tired after swimming in the ocean. Thank you for a great stay!”

”Cleaning guy was amazing ! Had an obnoxious man that spent all day and all night out back screaming , throwing pipes , and being obnoxious to guests . It was interesting to say the least .”

”The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly very accommodating and went above and beyond with everybody that came to the counter. The rooms were cozy the bed was okay I've had better but it wasn't bad. I will definitely be staying there every time I visit the beach. I would highly recommend this place.”

”Great little bed and breakfast. Loved the room and how clean everything was. Also great that the cottage was super close to the beach and provided beach towels for guests. Cottage also provided breakfast and parking. Would love to stay again!”
