”Outstanding room outstanding staff we will stay there again.”

”The room was nice, clean, modern. However…No buffet breakfast. Desk Phone didn’t work in my room. No ice machine on the 8th floor. One hour later (12pm) check out was an extra charge. No bellhop. Not many restaurants in walking distance. Disappointed.”

”It was unacceptable to us that we couldn’t get a fresh cup of coffee in the morning. We were told at the desk at check in that we could pay for a cup at the on site restaurant. When we went down in the morning the restaurant wasn’t open until 7am. On our multi state travel itinerary this is the only hotel that didn’t offer fresh coffee in the lobby. Deal breaker? For us yes. ”

”The room was clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. Usually my back will hurt the next morning when I stay at a hotel. I did not have this issue at all during my stsy.”

”The room was dirty. The bathroom sink was dirty. There was trash outside of the facility. There’s hardly anyone ever at the front desk and when there is, you have to wait a long time before they come out.”

”Police came at 230 in the morning loud woke everybody up. Staff or manager acted like they didn’t know about the situation.”

”Pro: Clean, convenient if you have an event at the convention center, easy parking and nice staff. The also have a restaurant/bar but I didn’t try Con: My bed felt like I was sinking and my first day the shower water wasn’t hot, more toward luke water.”

”I had booked a suite for my wedding, on arrival, o was told all the suits were under going renovations. The manager however pulled his maintenance team together and they gave me a suite. When I got in I realized there was poor lighting, like most of the lights were not installed.”

”Staff was AMAZING, views were AMAZING, the location is PERFECT (shops, ice cream, henna, few bars and mini golf close by. the ONLY complaint I would have is that there is not breakfast served at the hotel. Environment is so clean and friendly, 10/10 would recommend”

”Room# 214 This place was dangerously disgusting. With peoples left behind body fluids stain covers and sheets. From stain towels to the haired filled sinks to peeling tubs. You can tell the owner is up for a money grab. Because when you care about your property and reputation you will maintain your property. The maintenance on this property is just horrible. From the un-maintained walls, trim and frames. The beds suck! Room# 126 smells of urine and had stain covers and sheets ”

”I only stayed for 1 night. I arrived late and left early so I really didn't get to experience the hotel throughly ”

”Didn’t care so much for the fact that the rooms were not throughly cleaned a daily basis. One day they picked up the trash in the room and didn’t make the beds or swap out towels. Another day the made the bed and didn’t empty trash or switch towels. Another day they swapped towels and left trash in the trash can and the bed unmade. Couldn’t keep up with what to expect when I left the room and returned. I thought this should be a standard practice across the board. So for that they get a “no”...
