”Paid for a six night stay in full. Left a day early due to loud construction that starts at 6:30 am every morning. Was charged without notice a $294 early departure fee. When I checked out the gentleman said nothing as I would have kept the room empty vs pay again for a night I had already paid for. When I asked Hilton they said I need to read the fine print on website. I asked the representative Alex to send that to me and he said he couldn’t to look at website. Be aware loud construction...

”There were sirens, gun shots, a woman trying to sell us Jordan’s at midnight, another woman came knocking on our door & then ran away at 5 am. Did not feel safe staying there what so ever. The room was disgusting, the floor probably hadn’t been swept ever. The shower had mold & there wasn’t really any hot water. The mini fridge was covered in old food and the room smelled musty.”

”We tried to check in early, rooms weren’t ready yet. No big deal. Until we came back at 6pm (check in is at 4) and had to WAIT for our room because it STILL was not cleaned and ready. We were not alone, nearly 15 people crowded the lobby in the same situation. The next day, the same thing happened to the new check ins. Also, the second day we were there I asked for clean towels. No housekeeper ever came to our room. I asked at 5:30pm, checked in at 6:30pm, and FINALLY we just left and came back...

”This is NOT the place to stay, this was in a lowincome neighborhood , people legit lived here, low income people who you would assume would break into your car lived in here , this is not the place for you to stay at , me and my boyfriend were never in here thank God cause we only got this place to legit sleep in , THE TOWELS HAD PUBIC HAIR ON IT, i used the towels as floor mats, we used sandals to stand in the shower, the shower was stained and dirty, the sheets were stained, luckily i did NOT...
