”Haley accommodated our request for early check in with no issue. She was very kind, courteous, and helpful. We even received an upgraded room with a huge spacious private patio with lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table. Room was just as spacious, and comfortable. ”We did not end up staying here as they did not have a pool. It was still listed on Expedia, but the pool had been removed last year. They gave us a refund immediately when we got there and found out the pool was gone. It was a family vacation in the heat of July.”

”Hotel and room were as advertised. Staff were helpful when the A/C unit in our room broke down. They didn’t give us a different room but worked with a technician to get it fixed within 4 hours. Parking was offsite one block away. I would have no doubt staying here again. ”
