”My wife and I have stayed at The Mount Edgecumbe several times, and it never disappoints. The hotel is old but very well-maintained and stylish. Our room was second to none, and then we came to breakfast in the conservatory. Absolutely lovely. Well worth the money, and the staff are really a step above the norm. Well done to all. ”

If you don´t come straight from freeway, then the road is very narrow and if any cars come across, then one needs to back off to the spot where is wide eanough for 2 cars :) Freeway´s noise is not that bad. Very good choise for budget travelling and if you use car.”

”Very clean room, great temperature already set, comfortable bed, plenty of room, nice touch with the teapot and cups and sauces for tea. Staff were very friendly, especially the lady serving breakfast, she had a huge smile on her face and really made me feel welcome. Delicious breakfast, gorgeous grounds around the hotel, ample parking space. All in all, excellent. Will definitely stay again ”

”Short business trip so was just looking for a cheap place to stay. Single room with all the essentials in a modern block of conference centre type rooms. The main building though is an old country house and is beautiful and used as a wedding venue. Breakfast included was very good. Would have liked to have stayed longer so I could look around the estate.”

”Very nice hotel to stay in Tunbridge Wells. Close enough to the centre so that you don't need your car. The hotel and our room were very clean. There is a public car park very close to the hotel so it's easy to park even though you can't really do do at the hotel. ”
