”Nice and roomy place! The shower was a little messy when we went but everything else wemt well”

”Everything was seemingly fine and perfect!”

”We had a peaceful, quiet stay while visiting family in the area.”

”The carpet in the bedroom and rugs throughout are absolutely filthy. I wore shoes the whole time I was there. The washer and dryer work well, but aren't vented to the outside, so the tiny closet is full of old lint, and multiple upper walls in the apartment have lint on them. There are cracks on almost every wall, along with badly repaired spots painted in a different shade. There are mysterious stains on the walls in the bathroom. It doesn't appear that a deep clean has been done since the...

”Good location. Parking garage is underground. You have to back out of it. The mattress needs to be replaced. The sheets need to be replaced with cotton. The lamps in the bedroom didn’t work. We couldn’t adjust the radiators, and it was too warm. They repainted the tile in the bathroom, and it looked like a child had done it. ”

”Went great”

”Joe was an excellent host and responded very quick. Place was very nice and clean. Great amenities. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks Joe.”

”The apt”

”Location, Location, Location. Restaurants, Shopping, churches, and car repair are all close by.The room was clean. Access and exit were easy and close (no stairs to get to the room).Communication with the host was great. The only downside is that if you have limited mobility, getting in and out of the shower /tub could be difficult.”

”What was amazing is that everything was as advertised, from dishes, washing machine & dryer, clean bath towels, and a great entertainment system. It was an amazing experience to stay at such a refreshing temporary living space.”

”Actually I end up not staying a night of the scheduled 3 nights. I tried to get s refund but it seems the modus operande is to exhaust your patience and time so as to make you give up your claim. First, the host failed to provide any instruction as to check in, how to get the keys, and most important is that after 10PM, nobody’s there to attend to you! Arrive 12AM after a 4-hour drive and end up not able to check in. Contacted the number in the email which end up to be a call to Switzerland,...

”Overall very good. location very good.Safe neighborhood and price very good . Would stay there again but:Utensils not cleanTV in bedroom didn’t work and couldn’t get a response when we reported it.Very low hot water pressure.Floors could have been cleaner.Code getting in at the beginning was complicated with too many numbers at the main entrance but host responded and helped.Parking garage a real plus but very tightThese taken care of , would be 5 stars.”

”It was located in a very interesting area (Cherokee Street/Antiques Row) and was near many St. Louis attractions. The loft apartment was was really cozy, small, and nicely decorated. Very unique and creative! In my opinion, it would be ideal for an adult couple; the stairs to the loft bedroom area would be a challenge for some. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances and supplies. The private parking area behind the apartment was just right. The bathroom sink was rather small, but...

”Very spacious clean old house apartments”

”Very spacious apartment, honestly nicer than we expected from the listing. We were only in town for two nights but I would have loved to stay longer. The bathroom could maybe use some work but she has personality and does the job so I have no real complaints. Parking was a dream. Host was easily reachable, but I honestly didn't need to utilize that as everything was set up so well. Will absolutely be keeping in mind for any future visits to St. Louis. ”

”We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Everything was clean and as expected. Joe was very easy to work with and very responsive with any and all questions we had. We hope to stay again soon.”
