”Great place to stay, nice rooms with friendly staff and good food”

”Have stayed here numerous times, Food is good & comfortable room.”

”The breakfast was really good as were the evening menu choices. In the room, the guide understated the amenities. It was modest about the WIFI capabilities which I thought were actually very good. Similarly, there was a reference to decaffeinated coffee being available for the room on request but it was actually already there.”

”Nice Experience”

”Amazing and super friendly staff”

”Would have been a 5 star review but I asked the first night if staff could kindly remind other residents to move away from the front steps of the building whilst smoking kate at night as it comes into the bedroom window. Second night I had to ask 3 different gentlemen to please move away as their smoke was keeping me awake and affecting my asthma. Two were very apologetic and moved but the 3rd I got abuse from and it was not nice😞.”

”Mukava pieni hotelli, todella hyvä palvelu. Ei ihan keskellä kaupunkia, mutta kuitenkin lähellä keskustaa ja kävelymatkan päässä rautatieasemalta. Kaunis vanha rakennus”

”Setting is stunning. Good gorgeous and rooms really lovely and comfy. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Totally recommend a visit.”

”Was a pleasure staying at Hawkstone Park Hotel. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming, only thing was the parking. Seemed like the people coming to play golf were parking in the hotel car park. But other than that it was a nice place to stay”

”Perfect location (two minute walk to daughter's house); excellent breakfasts, particularly the porridge; fun pub downstairs, loved a cappella rehearsal.”

”Place excellent great staff nice food only problem was there was no chair in my room if you lay on the bed you fall asleep but great place”

”What a lucky find. Situated in a beautiful area of the Welsh countryside. Stayed overnight weather was awful but the property was cosy and kept to a very high standard. Breakfast was freshly made & very tasty. A big thank you to the hosts Heather & Neil who made us feel welcome. Will definitely be returning. Julie & John.”

”Beautiful room the brilliant evening meal and breakfast”

”great ground floor rooms for people disabled or with dogs”

”We had the best stay! Our room was lovely and cosy and the property itself has been beautifully renovated. Breakfast each morning was wonderful and we very much look forward to staying here again.”

”Truly wonderful staff, great food, lovely overall ambience. Our mattress was very hard and the bed frame creaked badly which led to disturbed sleep. Breakfast was very good and the bar area and restaurant are lovely places to spend time in.”
