”This is an older hotel that has had a decent attempt at updating. The carpet and lightling is outdated. There is no microwave in the room and not enough power outlets. The bed was noisy and the mattress could stand to be replaced. There was a good selection of free breakfast items for those who choose to eat there. I did not use the pool but others seemed to enjoy it. Parking was difficult as there is not much near the entrance and the rest is downhill, which makes it hard to climb the slope...

”The st. Michael's hotel is nice over all but lacks in basic amenities. The shower pressure was horrible and if you wanted a bath it would run you 65 dollars for a deep soak which you have to reserve with staff the day before. I stayed 2 nights and ran out of towels the first day. The first night was my daughter and I then the next my new husband and I for our honeymoon night so we needed new towels. I was hoping for coffee in the room and alas no coffee in the rooms and the lobby bar stop...

”I got to the pryand they did not have my reservation. I could not get a hold pf anyone at expedia so i had to register like i had no reservations and the next day they still did not show the reservation. Expedia better not charge me since your reservation was never sent to the hotel”

”Staying for work—1st hotel where staff actually were very kind to us. Hard being blue collar going where the work is, even harder coming “home” end of the day and having staff looking and treating us bad. Everyone at Clarion made us feel welcomed, comfortable and happy. Not once did we feel out of place or uncomfortable. Staying here for the rest of our job! Thank you!”

I could tell the bathroom had been cleaned properly. The second time, which was yesterday (Saturday), the bathroom was not scrubbed and one of the beds was made properly and the other, that I had roughly made, was left as is. I could tell the drinking glasses were not replaced with clean ones and we were...
