”We had a wonderful stay at Ockenden Manor, the staff are lovely, service in the restaurant is excellent and very friendly. Shout out to the chef, each dish was beautifully presented and so delicious. We enjoyed every course and then took a walk around the gorgeous gardens. Our room (Luke) was spacious, beautifully decorated with views over the gardens and the bed super comfy. Relaxing in the spa and time around the outdoor pool made for a perfect mini break. We hope to return soon! ”

”Was a little concerned when we couldn't contact anybody regarding Check In (They had a big wedding going on on the Saturday when I tried to call) - Call returned Sunday Am at about the same time that we went to make sure alll was OK which it was and we even checked in early - result!
Returned later - enjoyed the peaceful ambiance. Only comment would be that room could do with 2 comfortable chairs - especially as it is the "Premium Room" - the hard ones not so good forsitting for any length of...

”For somereason our key worked on other doors as well than just ours (we accidently went to wrong floor first and opened an occupied room) The receptionist told ys that there is a technical problem and told us to use the same key for our door.. It’s not a tidy place. I would recommend everyone to pack antihistamins and extra inhalers to survive.”

Hotellin ympäristössä ei ollut käytännössä mitään. Vieressä liikuntakeskus, jonne saa alennuksella päivälipun, mutta piha-alueella pelkkää parkkipaikkaa, joten lähialueen ulkoilu ei ollut kovin miellyttävä kokemus. Hotelli varmasti autoilijoille hyvä taukopaikka Lontoon...
”This is a beautiful place to stay. We wanted a comfortable place to relax for a few days before we headed on with our UK journey. Margarita and Liam are truly the most enjoyable and helpful owners.
We had a great time walking to the local pub and lounging around this luxurious property. Our room was so comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious.

Huone oli pieni, periaatteessa kaikki tarpeellinen oli, mutta: Sänky oli iso ja leveä, tuplauntuvapeitto ja untuvatyynyt, kaksi molemmille, patja oli ns runkopatja, petauspatjaa ei ollut ollenkaan ja joustinpatjan jouset olivat huonossa kunnossa, ne narisi ja naukui ja tuntuivat läpi. Huono nukkumaalusta, siitä huonot pisteet.
Kylpyhuone oli iso, pyyhkeet ylellisien tuuheita ja isoja, mutta kylpuhuoneessa haisi tunkkaiselle koko ajan.
