”Perfect place to stay. Countryside location in between Worcester, Tewkesbury, Cheltenham and Gloucester. The cottage had everything we needed and was very comfortably equipped. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.”

”It needs a crib sheet in each room telling of breakfast times, emergency tel no's etc. The room was very dark. Bathroom OK but would benefit from some shelves to put toiletries on etc. Breakfasts were very good with a wide choice. Dining in was v good but we felt overpriced. The whole experience was good but felt at £180 it represnted poor value.”

”Great location. Lovely rooms as I’ve stayed in the hotel many times. Comfortable and clean. Gorgeous toiletries to use. Small car park but parking near by if you can’t park at the hotel but I’ve only had this issue once or twice. Highly recommended hotel”

”A lovely, quiet place and a great spot to relax. The hotel room and bathroom were clean, and the spa facilities were excellent. A big shout-out to Sam, who did my treatment—she was absolutely amazing and made the experience even more enjoyable. The only downside was that the walls were not very soundproof, so I could hear people walking around at night. Other than that, I had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend it.”

”Really nice b&b in an historic and interesting house. Host was really friendly and breakfasts were really good. Large bedroom, plenty of space for clothes. Right opposite the Abbey and near local amenities. Would certainly return.”

”Great stay in a lovely hotel. The owner was charming, friendly and fun and gave an excellent display of first class customer service. The food in the restaurant was excellent. We left too early for breakfast so they made up packed breakfasts for us too. Some of the alcoholic drinks in the mini bar are free too! Bed was comfortable and the facilities were clean, tidy, modern and well kept. Parking right outside too.”

”We had a standard room which was suitably spacious for a comfortable stay. The check in process was simple and straight forward. Guest who book on Expedia (or other we sites) are required to pay £15 for spa access, whereas direct book guest pay £10 for the same service. The spa is nice, but it’s a bit small. It wasn’t very busy so I had no issues whatsoever. But if it’s busier be aware: the sauna and steam room fits 2-3 people only, the whirlpool is suitable for 4 people. The pool is very...

”The Malvern is a hotel run around a health club and spa. The best feature is its restaurant which is modern and serves good food. The spa itself has a nice and warm indoor / outdoor pool but the facilities are dated and tired. The rooms are very tired, think 1970’s travelodge, and in desperate need of an upgrade. Staff pleasant.”

”We stayed here one night whilst on our hiking trip. The location of the property is literally on the trail, so it allows you to split the hike trail intro two days. However, there are no shops nearby, only a petrol station which closes at 8PM. We booked a cosy room. The room itself was fine, clean, however we did notice quite a few spiders about in the room and bathroom. The restaurant is where this property shines: the food was excellent, and it gets quite busy. We barely managed to get a table...
