The hotel has real potential,we got upgraded free of charge to a suite. However it wasnt that clean. The bed & bathroom was, but the bedside table was dusty, and where the tea & coffee is kept there was spillages which hadn’t been cleaned. Also dents in the wall,and the carpet needed a good clean. ...

Lovely hotel, clean, comfortable bed, hot powerful shower. Parking next door with a hotel discount when checking out. Quick check in. Great location for river and city centre. Lovely breakfast. Would definitely recommend.
