”Loved our stay! This place was exceptionally clean! Large and spacious. Looks newly renovated. 3 separate balconies with great views. Terry was so helpful and accommodating making our stay an ease. Coffee/bakery shop right downstairs. Crusin Coffee (drive thru coffee/food) right across the street along with the popular Kawamoto's (japanese style lunch box/okazu). ”

”My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights with our 3 kids- ages 7, 9, &11. There was plenty of room for all of us, very well appointed, had everything we needed and the beach supplies were a nice bonus! Having the beach park right next door was amazing and the kids also loved the pool. This was a nice place to have as home base for seeing everything we wanted to see on the east side of the island! ”

”Beautiful view of the water and park below. The condo was clean, comfortable, well-stocked with appliances, silverware, and toiletries. The Air Conditioning worked very well. The location is central to everything you would want to do in Hilo and it was nice and quiet in the evenings and throughout the night. My family enjoyed staying here and would stay here again. Communication with the VRBO owner was always fast with prompt and courteous messages and responses.”

”The property adjoins a very swimmable beach and has a nice pool as well. The view from the 5th floor was fantastic and our place was clean and well stocked. Unfortunately the neighborhood was quite noisy.”

”We had a fab time. Jack the rooster made sure we woke daily at 6am. A the manager made sure we were safe in our first ever tsunami evacuation. The snorkeling with the turtles in the "back yard" was the cherry on top! ”

”Great location and beautiful condo decor. Picturesque lagoons for swimming and a box of swim/snorkeling things to use. Easy check in. Lots of towels including beach towels. The double twin room was quite noisy at night with the street traffic, but too hot with the windows closed. Recommend earplugs. ”

”My family of four thorougly enjoyed staying at Terry and Ambers condo. They were quick to respond when we had a question, amd had most everything we needed for our stay. The three balconies came with a beautiful view and there's air conditioning! They had a folder full of great info with all of our questions for the condo and a long list of things to do and restaurant recommendations. We really appreciated that!
