As you walk into this coastal home, you are greeted with outstanding golf views of the Fazio course's 1st, 2nd, 8th, and 9th holes. Framed by majestic oak trees and tropical palms, this home offers cathedral ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight through soaring windows surrounded by a light beachy vibe. For convenience, there is a mudroom right off the kitchen with a second refrigerator for storing groceries and beverages and a washer and dryer. One car garage is available to guests. The bedrooms and bathrooms are both beautiful and comfortable.

Enjoy your coffee on the back porch overlooking the lush landscape and golf course. An inviting pool is just off the back porch with a private deck for fun in the sun. The outdoor dining and grilling area affords easy al fresco dining! This island oasis has it all.

*The St. George Pedestrian Bridge connecting St. George Street to Ocean Lane will be temporarily closed for restoration and repair work. Closure Dates: February 9 through March 16 During this time, the bridge will be closed to pedestrians. For those who regularly use this bridge to access the Omni Beach Access Path, the nearest alternative beach access is located at the Disney Beach Club, just beyond the Ocean Lane Bridge. The Dunes Buggy is also available to assist residents and guests with transportation.
