Unbelievable renovation on this 3 bed + loft area home w/stunning golf views and right down the street from the beach. Each guest bathroom has been completely updated and there are all new interior solid wood doors plus more improvements throughout the home. When you first enter the home you will notice the beautiful wide plank hardwood flooring and open floor plan. The rooms are all painted in calm, beachy colors of blue and gray. To the right of the entrance is a very cute kid’s room decorated in a navy blue ocean theme. It has a queen bed, 2 twin beds and a 50” Samsung TV. In the hallway you will find the bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower combo. The next bedroom has a very soft color palette (blues, grays and light green) and has a king bed, accent chair and 55” Samsung TV. You have views of the golf course and pool deck and access to the outside deck from the sliding glass door. The master suite is at the end of the hallway and has a gray sleigh king size bed, bench seat, a chaise lounge chair, desk and chair and 55” Samsung TV. This room also has gorgeous views of the golf course and access to the outside pool deck. The ensuite bath has a double vanity and beautiful gray stone walk-in shower with three shower heads and a bench seat.

Moving back to the other side of the house is where you will find a cute little seating area with two chairs and a sea shell tic-tac-toe game. This opens up to the living room where there is a comfortable gray two seat couch with the chaise lounge, two teal accent chairs and a 65” Samsung TV. The gorgeous chef’s kitchen includes custom cabinets with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and a 5-burner gas stove. There are 2 sinks; one is located on the L-shaped counter and has two bar stools, the other countertop has three bar stools. There is an island in the middle of the kitchen as well for extra counter space. The wood dining room table seats eight. Climb the metal spiral staircase to the loft and you will find a blue queen sleeper sofa and a large round ottoman with sea shell design. There is a small table that seats 4 and a 43” Samsung TV with Blu-Ray player.

From either the living room or dining room you can use the sliding glass door to access the outside deck. There is an umbrella table that seats six and a Weber gas grill. Down a few stairs and you are at the pool deck with a spa tub that has a waterfall feature, 6 lounge chairs, 2 Adirondack chairs and a high top round table that seats 4.

This location is also within walking distance to the many activities offered in Palmetto Dunes. There is a public dock to access the salt water lagoon within steps of the house – so bring your fishing gear and/or kayak and drop it in the water! If you don’t have your own equipment, Hilton Head Outfitters provides bikes, canoes, kayaks, fishing gear and other rentals to use while you enjoy your stay. Palmetto Dunes also offers 3 championship golf courses including the Fazio Golf Course which is a block away, and The Robert Trent Jones and Arthur Hills Golf Courses are also located a short distance away in the resort. The Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center offers multiple tennis courts, The General Store, Alexanders Restaurant, the Dunes House Oceanfront Restaurant and Big Jim’s BBQ & Burgers – all within walking distance or a short bike ride. You never have to leave the resort to enjoy a wonderful, relaxing vacation!

DIRECTIONS TO THE BEACH: Turn left out of driveway, cross St George and take the foot/bike wooden bridge across the lagoon [no steps, wheelchair accessible], then right on paved path across street from Omni, cross street far end of Omni south parking lot. Labeled beach access, paved path to wood ramp to sand, no steps. 5 minute walk!
